Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage.
  • Original tags must be attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition.

Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Accessories and jewelry
  • Hats
  • Gift cards

Store Credit
Approved returns will receive store credit in the form of a gift card emailed to the customer.

Exchanges
Due to limited inventory, we are unable to guarantee exchanges. Customers may use their store credit to purchase a different size or item once their return is processed.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery if you receive a damaged or incorrect item. Include photos so we can make it right.
