Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During new launches, sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping of $6.95 on all U.S. orders totaling $1.00–$74.99.

Orders of $75 or more qualify for FREE standard shipping.

Shipping promotions and free shipping thresholds are subject to change without notice.

Delivery Estimates

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

The Sunkissed Collective™ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at emily.thesunkissedcollective@gmail.com and include photos of the damaged item and packaging.
